Woman, Aged 64 - Restricted Painful Shoulder
I started with a shoulder problem back in January 2008. I went to the doctors, who simply prescribed some painkillers and said it would settle in time. By July 2008 I was no better and remembered I had heard a radio programme a few years back about the Bowen Technique, in which the presenter had quoted his 'miracle result' with a frozen shoulder.
So, I started to look up Bowen on the internet and found Clare's details.
I had four sessions of Bowen with Clare and have noticed a gradual change rather than any miracle result, however I can say the shoulder is 90% better and I also have noticed I generally feel much better in myself as a whole.
I found the experience of the treatment pleasant, and would say to anyone, give it a try, you will be surprised by how effective it is given it really does not feel like the therapist is really doing very much to you - its SO gentle!
