Just wanted to write and thank you so much for the treatment help and care you have given me over the last few weeks.

The advice and emotional support were invaluable and I am pleased to say I am 99% better!

Saw a consultant today and have declined the offer of a scan and a visit to a surgeon on the basis that I am so improved.

I can be fast tracked should another bout of sciatica occur.

I can resume gentle exercise now and will try to find a yoga class here in Ruthin.

I will be back should the need arise.

In the meantime I wish you every success!
