Man, Aged 38, Triathlete with Adductor pain

During months 3 and 4 in a 7 month training plan leading up to Ironman France, I developed a nagging pain in my right adductor. It didn't prevent me from training, but the persistent pain was troubling especially during running. My worry was that it would get worse and eventually stop me from training. Three sessions with Clare was enough to see the pain subside and I was able to run trouble-free. I went on to complete my training plan and then race successfully, completing the course in June 2006 in 11 hours 51 minutes.

Note from Clare : For those interested the Ironman course comprised a 2.5 mile swim (thats 118 lengths of your standard pool!), followed by 112 miles on the bike and to finish it off, a mere 26.2 miles marathon run!!..he must be mad, but many congratulations Alan and really glad the treatment helped.
