About Simply Phi

The name Simply Phi hails from a very old theory based on Perfect Balance or Divine Proportion.

Phi is a greek symbol for a number that is oftened referred to as the Golden Ratio. Phi is also known as natures divine proportion. Leonardo Da Vinci wrote a theory on this and you can find out more about this by following this link.

In Nature, when anything is perfectly balanced and in proportion Da Vinci found the golden ratio of Phi (1.618). The more he looked the more he found this number/ ratio - remember his famous drawing of the vitruvian man?  - every measurement displays the golden ratio of Phi...
